You can return any unused product within 14 days. If a significant defect is found, the product can be returned throughout the entire warranty period.

You can return the product in person at our address: Kyiv, 6/1 Vidradnyi Avenue. Refunds are issued immediately on-site using the same payment method you used.

If you return the product via Nova Poshta or UkrPoshta, the shipping costs are covered by you. However, if a significant defect is confirmed, we will reimburse both the product cost and the shipping expenses. In this case, the refund will be issued within 3 days after we receive the item.
